What could be more delicious than sitting around on a cold winter's day or night, enjoying a cup of great tasting coffee?

Holiday Coffee

TOFFEE COFFEE

1 cup instant coffee

1 cup non-dairy creamer

1 cup brown sugar

CAFE' VIENNA

1 cup instant coffee

1 1/3 cups sugar

1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk

1 tsp. cinammon

SWISS MOCHA

1 cup instant coffee

1 cup sugar

2 cups nonfat dry milk

4 tsp. cocoa powder

CINAMMON-N-SPICE

2/3 cup instant coffee

1 1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. cinammon

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. allspice

Depending on taste, start with 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water. You can add more or less, depending on your taste.

I would advise that you fill each coffee cup about 2/3 full of hot water. Place cups on serving tray, with a Holiday Coffee in the middle, and let your guests fix their coffee according to their taste.

You can make just one Holiday Coffee, or make several Holiday Coffee's and give your guests a choice.

Either way, they are sure to enjoy this treat and ask you for the recipe.

For those who would prefer regular flavored coffee, but maybe with a hint of chocoate and/or flavored cream, here is an easy recipe that is sure to appeal to their sense of taste.

Flavored Spoons

Supplies:

Plastic Spoons

Melting Chocolate (Dark or White)

Flavored Extract or liquor

Wax Paper

Directions:

Melt chocolate, being sure not to scorch or burn it, until it is liquified.

Mix well. Add flavored extract or liquor. Mix together.

Take spoon, and dip up and down in mixture, until spoon and the lower part of the handle are coated in chocolate. You want the entire spoon portion filled completely.

Once full, lie spoon on wax paper and allow to dry completely.

Once dry, wrap in saran wrap.

These spoons are now ready to be served to your guests along with their coffee.

Your family and friends are sure to love the flavor derived from your spoons giving a hint of chocolate and other flavors that you used.

Enjoy.
